IVR System is an Interactive Voice Response System, developed by Innovation Communications Systems Ltd. We have designed this IVR System with the support from DSIR under the PATSER scheme.

- Interfacing with Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) & recognition of the digits dialed from Dual-Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) telephones
- Interfacing the above hardware with computerized databases, Software for conversion of text to speech form
